Christine Molitor – CEO
The Chief Executive Officer of Be Sustained, Christine consults to, coaches, and advises both Boards and Executive Teams on strategy, strategy execution, leadership and performance–providing keen insights and facilitating powerful conversations that create impact and deliver results.
An accomplished Senor Executive, Director, and Board Chair, Christine was most recently the CEO of a global Australian company specialising in international development, education, skills and mobility programs. Passionate about improving business performance and building long-term organisational culture and capability, Christine also has extensive consulting experience, having been a founding partner of two highly successful boutique consulting practices operating in the Executive Search, Coaching, and Talent Development sectors.

With a Bachelor of Psychology from Flinders University and an MBA from The University of Adelaide, Christine was also the recipient of an Industry Leaders Fund scholarship in 2017 to attend Oxford University’s Strategic Leadership Program.
